Who we are
Kasa Flores LLC operates kasaflores.co. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If any part of this feels unclear, email us, we'd rather revise this than leave you guessing.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: when you submit something to us, and when you use the site.
- Newsletter signup (via Beehiiv): Email address, and the UTM parameters/referrer/landing page from the visit that led to signup (via beehiiv-attribution.js).
- Fit-check quiz: Your answers and the calculated result bucket (strong/maybe/notNow). We do NOT require an email to complete the fit check.
- Reality Check calculator: Values you input. Not stored server-side unless you submit them via a form.
- Assessment (via Typeform): The responses you provide, plus name, email, and phone number.
- Microsoft Clarity: Session behavior, mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, device/browser info. Does NOT record passwords, credit-card numbers, or sensitive form inputs (masked by default).
- Google gtag events: Anonymized interactions, which CTAs you clicked, which lead magnets you downloaded, which quiz result you received.
- Cookies / localStorage: Your language preference, sticky-bar dismissal, standard session data.
